This position will partner with all NA SC functions, including Distribution, Transportation, SC Relations and Order Management Business Process Excellence and be responsible for leading advanced data analytics projects to support key objectives for service improvement, cost savings, safety and quality. The Sr. Analyst will report directly to Sr. Manager, NASC Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the distribution center site leaders and functional NASC leaders to ensure understanding and execution of the operational strategies to drive profitable growth delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Use data to identify performance gaps and resolve root causes. Work with cross functional areas to develop counter measures and action plans for sustainable performance solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to automate data analysis to identify, interpret, and present trends to monitor and improve OTIF.
- Be able to use statistics/modeling tools and data visualization techniques to provide concrete business insights to executive leadership.
- Apply relational databases (SQL), statistical analysis, visualization (Power BI and DAX language), general-purpose programing (Python, R), Microsoft Excel (Power Query- Power Pivots- VBA Macro), and Microsoft Access
- Be able to craft and deliver advanced, high-level powerpoint presentations that relays data-driven analytics in a succinct and comprehensive manner for stakeholders
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within Supply Chain, Distribution/Transportation Operations; understanding of warehouse operations, with industry-specific experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in analyzing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in understanding inventory allocations, supply chain planning
COMPETENCIES:
- Direct knowledge of distribution operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and receiving. Comprehensive end-to-end knowledge of DC processes and operations and the interrelatedness of each step.
- Ability to synthesize data and create novel, concrete insights
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Initiative-taking and strong analytical/critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across functional areas

- Expert solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Project, analyzing flows and data and setting performance metrics. Ability to learn future data analytics tools
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, supply chain or business required
- A Master's degree in a related field is preferred
CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
- Certified Supply Chain Professional preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to 10% (once a month) travel to distribution centers and corporate headquarters is required.
- This role will follow a hybrid work schedule - based in Franklin Lakes
