About this position

The Sr. Analyst, Treasury is responsible for supporting the company's Corporate Treasury function. This includes cash forecasting, reporting, cash management, investment, debt, foreign exchange, hedging, treasury management system administration, merchant processing and corporate card program administration.

What you'll do

You will prepare Treasury Reports:

• Daily Cash Position - You will be responsible for updating and maintaining Plexus' cash position report daily by consolidating bank balances across the enterprise.
• Cash Forecasting - You will update and maintain daily cash forecast. This will require statistical analysis and working with external teams to derive the most accurate possible forecast via the use of spreadsheets and other software.
• Bank Account Master - You will maintain and update bank account master file containing all relevant account info, signers, and bank contacts

You will execute Day-to Day Cash Management:

• Payments - You will assist in the creation of wires and other bank payments both domestically and internationally in foreign currencies.
• Investments - You will monitor current investments and assist in identifying investment opportunities.
• Debt - You will monitor any current debt obligations and assist in any debt covenant calculations.
• Fee Analysis - You will perform monthly bank fee analysis to ensure accurate and appropriate billing and recommend ways to eliminate unnecessary fees.
• Bank Account Maintenance - You will be responsible for opening, closing, and modifying bank account services, documentation, and bank signers.
• Fraud Monitoring - You will monitor bank accounts for check and ACH fraud and clear any exceptions to company's fraud prevention measures.
• You will assist with ad-hoc reporting relating to treasury activities, merchant processing services, credit card fraud, and product refunds.

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Statistics or Math.
• 3 years of Finance, Treasury, Banking or other relevant corporate experience; 3-5 preferred.
• Knowledge of both domestic and international corporate treasury principles and practices.
• Financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using global online banking platforms.
• Attention to detail with first time quality.
• Ability to communicate well with others and problem-solve on the fly.
