Sr. Analytics Manager, Growth Initiatives

About the role:

Within the GTM org, the Business Analytics team provides the analytical expertise needed to define and drive our ambitious growth roadmap. Team members use a data-driven approach to develop a deep understanding of our dynamic business, find opportunities for growth, and improve efficiencies and productivity. The team partners closely with other parts of the GTM org, including the GTM Design, Sales Operations, and Sales Activation teams, as well as cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Growth. Analytics Managers own high visibility strategic initiatives, and have direct exposure to executives and cross-functional leaders.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Partner with the Growth Initiatives team to grow and optimize our emerging products and businesses
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations through sophisticated analysis and modeling
• Establish KPIs and goals for the business and create visibility through reporting/dashboards
• Design and lead performance review and business planning cadences 
• Lead complex deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and maximize ROI for emerging products and businesses
• Analyze the impact of new product and feature pilots and translate into business recommendation
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of our business through performance insights, including diagnostics and alerts (and considering publishers, verticals, geos and creative types)

Here is what you need to succeed  (Experience & Qualifications)

• BA/BS degree in a quantitative area, such as economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent applied experience
• 8+ years of quantitative analysis experience in tech, finance, marketing, consulting or similar
• Previous experience in the ads space 
• Expertise in working with large datasets, with strong spreadsheet and database query knowledge (e.g. Excel, SQL)
• Demonstrated business acumen 
• Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and teams

• Bonus Points: 
• Sell-side experience
• Mobile and/or startup experience
• Statistics expertise and packages like R, Stata etc
• Consulting experience and/or MBA
