  • Interested in working directly with customers to ensure their success.
  • Positive, proactive, results oriented when solving problems.
  • Exceptional team player who collaborates well but also comfortable working independently in a deadline driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience writing and debugging code in C, C++, and/or Java.
  • Excellent debugging skills in a wide variety of technologies, networking protocols, operating systems and programming languages.
  • Must be able to travel to work onsite with our customer.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with RTI Connext and/or OMG DDS.
  • Experience writing and debugging code in Python and/or C#.
  • Experience presenting your ideas / projects to a technical audience.
  • Experience with VxWorks, QNX, Integrity, or another RTOS.
  • Hands-on distributed systems design or network programming experience.
  • Experience with communications frameworks (e.g. MQTT, Apache Kafka, etc).

What we offer you:

  • Flexible working schedule
  • Remote working + Home Office Stipend to cover the costs of working from home
  • Flexible Paid Time Off + “Real Vacation Bonus,” an additional bonus for taking more than 1-week of uninterrupted vacation
  • Annual bonus based on individual and company performance + other prizes and awards
  • We recognize employees for their achievements, offer great opportunities for career growth and development, and provide the tools they need to succeed
