• Coding (user story Realization across layers).

• * For Technology architect, Identify the complex business and technical problems and develop POCto resolve Resolve archotectural and technology related issues arrising in a POD Ensure DevOps culture from day one.

• Develop tier coding, business layer coding, interface development, service development, creation of stored procedures, etc as applicable for the work package / project.

• * For Solution architect, Identify the complex business and technical problems and develop POCto resolve Resolve archotectural and technology related issues arrising in a POD Ensure DevOps culture from day one Bringing solution cut across layers, bringing cloud agnastics and technology agnastic solutions Identify the right frame work and tools.

• * Design CI/CD pipeline.

• * Application Demo.

• * MVP development.

• *Setup team DevOps environment (Azure Board DevOps).

• * For both technology and solution architects, Knowledge of Design patterns , classes Fae, delegate, BO, Implemented the DAO , Service, factory pattern, Ability to follow sequence diagram, spring framework, MVC, MVP patterns.

• *Addering to coding standards, guidelines and best practices.

• * Understand all competency layers (Eg UI, platforms, methodologies, etc) and raise clarifications / issues / concerns regarding work output.

• * Applying security features using defensive programming techniques.

• * Develop and execute automated test scripts as per client agreements.

• * Develop and execute regression strategies and tests (wherever applicable).

• * Practice TDD Model of DevelopmentTesting.

Documentation:

• * High Level Solution Design.

• * Target referance architecture.

• * Estimation.

• * Thought Leadership Backlog.

• * Project Specific Documentation.

Knowledge Management:

• * Conduct training and advise business.

• * Participate in Commuity Techtalks.

• * Contribute to Community Newletter.

• * Contribute to CDE KM by publishing project learning like POV, Frameworks, best practices, etc.
