Job Description

The Facets Test Lead will be responsible for the managing and leading a team for a healthcare client on Facets Implementations. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analyzing requirements, designing test cases/test plan and execute test cases for different Facets modules. Candidate will be responsible to coordinate with client on the program status and work with offshore teams for the implementation. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Expert with more than 8 years of experience in US healthcare payer industry
• Experience with FACETS core administrative platform and having worked on configuration of Plan, Products, Benefits, BPA and Utilization Edits
• Experience in Facets Membership, Claims, Providers, Billing and Utilization management modules
• Experience in new implementation of Facets and mapping of benefits (base & supplemental services) based on business requirements
• Experience in data migration testing
• Interpret State/regulatory rules and translate to benefit requirements
• Prepare Benefit Grid based on business requirements and configure products in Facets
• Need to provide SME support and clarify questions to the customer for the topics pertaining to Benefits configuration
• Strong SQL skills and good understating on the Facets data model
• Take part in configuration design related discussions with client team and provide suggestions
• Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure project stays within scope and meets regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead team for respective business entities as needed and develop procedures, service standards for business excellence.
• Should be a self-driven person possess strong interaction skills with business users of customer

• 5+ years Facets testing experience required
• Experience with mocking HIPPA EDI 838, 835, 820 files
• Experience in leading a team of 5+ team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible, team player, "get-it-done" personality
• Ability to organize and plan work independently
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
