Sr. Associate, Global Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) Programs
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EI&D), the Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the development and mobilization of Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and Task Forces, to include strategy, initiatives, programs, and partnerships, globally. Collectively, these groups are a component of the Tapestry EI&D Global Champion Network.
In this role, you will partner closely with other EI&D and Social Impact team members to support the planning and execution of employee engagement events, internal and external communications, community grants and programs. A successful candidate will understand the business impact of EI&D and will leverage key metrics, communications, and strategies to drive both positive employee experiences and business outcomes.
The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly shifting priorities, be committed to process improvement, and balance standardization with local execution. The candidate will be challenged to use critical and innovative thinking and manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and project management support in collaboration with EBRG leaders and members to support governance and operational excellence.
  • Liaise with EBRG co-leads and pillar leads across the enterprise, ensuring collaboration, communication, and presence in national EBRG convenings year-round.
  • Act as Technology lead for EI&D COE including EI&D Intranet portal, vendor management system, project planning, budgeting, and communication planning.
  • Plan and execute g lobal event support - partnering with leadership and EI&D team to develop robust and impactful programming, including our Unscripted speaker series, that is educational and celebrates the uniqueness of various cultures and demographics. Creation and maintenance of global EI&D Activation Calendar.
  • Develop and recommend materials, resources, toolkits, KPIs and innovative ways to support employee engagement initiatives across the team (e.g., marketing collateral, toolkits, onboarding information, reporting templates, surveys etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally and establish productive partnerships with key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive Tapestry's EI&D and business objectives (e.g., partners and stakeholders include Business Leaders, Corporate Communications, Corporate Communications, Talent, Procurement, etc.).
  • Conduct ongoing research and stay current on EI&D, employee engagement and EBRG best practices.
  • Assist with planning and logistics execution of special projects and other key EI&D events and conferences.

  • Ability to work in person at the corporate headquarters office in New York. Ability to occasionally travel up to 10%, and work some nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to support programs and events.

An outstanding professional will have...
  • B.A./B.S. degree in related discipline preferred (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, EI&D, Ethnic Studies, Multicultural Marketing or related field).
  • Experience working with Employee Business Resource Groups, regional councils, and/or product review teams, including leading, managing, designing processes, guidelines, and training.
  • Experience working in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Experience with KPI tracking and basic computation of trends.
  • EI&D Coursework, training, or certification.
