Position Description
As a Sr. Associate of Growth Operations, you will play a critical role in enabling Eleanor to achieve aggressive growth goals by supporting complex, cross-functional market implementations and growth initiatives. You will wear many hats and assume major responsibilities related to developing, executing, and improving Eleanor’s implementation playbook as we enter new markets and optimize growth strategies and tactics, including acquisition and disposition of real-estate physical footprints. You will partner closely with our Clinical, People, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams and external partners. This role will report to Eleanor Health’s VP of Operational Excellence and Special Projects.Â
Specifically you will:
- Conduct local market research and stakeholder analysis to support market entry and growth
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners to plan and execute new market implementations, ensuring all components are in place to support successful market launches
- Take on additional strategic projects in line with Eleanor’s priorities and goals
- Own acquisition and disposition of our real-estate footprint across all markets
- Own and improve key components of Eleanor’s implementation playbook, developing new processes and workflows to address opportunity areas and continuously monitoring performance
- Own implementation of population health and value-based contracts to ensure operational success of contract terms
- Design growth experiments and measure and analyze outcomes to determine effectivenessÂ
- Create presentation materials to document strategic decisions and approaches
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or another related field
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare management consulting or similar large-scale initiatives management experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience utilizing agile frameworks
- Think strategically and bring a data-driven, analytical approach to solving problemsÂ
- Have planned and executed strategic initiatives successfully
- Enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute complex, cross-functional projects
- Are very detail oriented and adopt a process-oriented mindset
- Excel at building relationships and collaborating with colleagues across diverse teams
- Thrive in fast-paced work environments as an independent contributor
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Are currently authorized to work for any US employer
Compensation & Benefits
The total target compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
