About You
The Senior Associate Integrated Media will contribute to Nutrafol’s growth by driving channel strategy campaign management and optimization reporting and analysis. You will help oversee performance measurement and optimizations across multiple online and offline channels including but not limited to TV (linear and streaming) Audio (podcast and radio) Display OOH Native and Online Video.
In this role you will develop and execute strategies that will help increase new customer acquisition and continuously optimize to achieve efficiencies. You are data-driven acquisition-centric and creative. You get excited about building testing plans (A/B testing) analyzing campaign performance and working closely with different teams.
This role will directly report into the Manager Integrated Media and sit in a fast-paced performance-driven entrepreneurial team and have a high degree of ownership within the customer acquisition team.
Responsibilities:

Help strategize develop and execute various online and offline paid media channels (linear TV and streaming podcast radio Display OOH Native Online Video)to support evergreen and key tentpole campaigns.

Manage all aspects of campaign management including day-to-day implementation optimization and performance of campaign activities including authorizations budgets and analysis.

Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing and analysis.

Work closely with the brand team on ideating creative concepts aligned with consumer behavior and campaign objectives and reflective of the Nutrafol brand.

Work closely with the analytics team to understand the tangible and intangible impact of integrated media throughout the consumer journey.

Partner with other cross-discipline team members and media agencies and maintain strong relationships.

Stay abreast of key industry trends and identify new opportunities focusing on leveraging these insights to drive performance.
Requirements:
-
3-5 years of relevant experience in an integrated media role within a brand or agency (linear tv/streaming/podcast/audio/display/ooh/native/online video); wellness and DTC experience preferred

Experienced in performance marketing; brand awareness experience is a plus

Hands-on experience managing and tracking budgets

Proven track record of delivering measurable results in terms of performance and consideration metrics

Able to work with and analyze large data sets quickly accurately and efficiently

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Strong written verbal communication negotiation and presentation skills
