Job Description

Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented person to join us as Associate Manager / Sr. Associate Manager for Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (Non-Technology Sourcing). The Sr. Associate Manager will be responsible for supporting the requirements under the HR & Marketing Category for Philippines, Malaysia, and China. He or She will be engaging with various stakeholders across the enterprise in different regions and time zones. 

The Sr. Associate Manager role will be responsible for the following:

• Source for new vendors to support the Usergroup's requirements. 
• Facilitate accreditation of new vendors and/or re-accreditation of existing vendors. 
• Assists and provide guidance to the vendors on how to register in Ariba system. 
• Assists in processing contracts that are either new or for renewals. 
• Conduct biddings, request for information (RFI), request for quotations (RFQ), request for proposals (RFP).
• Deliver savings based on target.
• Review and/or approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Ariba system. 
• Provide guidance to the Requesters on the PR-PO process.
• Collaborate, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications in Procurement (e.g. CPP, CPSM, etc.) would be an advantage.
• At least 5 years of working experience in handling procurement transactions preferably in a BPO company.
• Ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
• Flexible and can adapt to changing business requirements. 
• Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
