WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The Strategy & Operations team is responsible for facilitating strategic and business planning processes, delivering a broad portfolio of strategic projects, providing regional and global transformation management services, ensuring operational quality and compliance, and continuously improving operational performance to meet the evolving needs of partners and stakeholders. This role will work broadly across the organization enabling the effective delivery of the organization's value proposition and transformation agenda. Within the Operations Team, the role of Sr. AVP is crucial for optimizing operational excellence and enhancing value delivery to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role drives efficiency, consistency, and speed in operations, ultimately enhancing the overall performance and success of the organization's partnerships and platform delivery. The Sr. AVP plays a key role in supporting the strategic objectives of the company by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position is based out of Revantage's office in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
Partner Integration and Delivery Support:
- Drive partner lifecycle management to include overseeing and continuously improving partner onboarding and offboarding strategy and supporting processes as well as delivering playbooks to drive consistency, efficiency, and speed of execution
- Develop and deliver operational support and infrastructure to improve partner experience, including driving and analyzing the bi-annual partner feedback survey and associated action planning for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain the global location and offshoring service offering to include developing internal Revantage expertise through supporting thought leadership, crafting accelerators, and driving repeatable processes to support partners in developing their offshoring strategies
Offering Management and Process Improvement:
- Ensure a customer-centric approach to offering delivery, focusing on meeting partner needs and expectations
- Deliver offering management by supporting the lifecycle of service offerings from initial ideation and value proposition development through launch, delivery, and eventual retirement or replacement
- Support the Offering Catalog Management by maintaining a comprehensive catalog with detailed descriptions of each offering, including key features, specifications, and service level expectations (SLEs)
- Identify areas for platform process improvement and efficiency gains based on operational insights and learnings
- Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize processes and enhance service delivery efficiency
Performance Measurement and Management Reporting:
- Align key executive stakeholders in defining and continuously improving key performance measures and offering KPIs as well as supporting data visualizations and executive dashboards
- Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to continuously improve the operating platform and guide the organization's strategic direction
- Oversee data collection, verification, and report production for in-place offering performance measurement and monthly management reporting
- Support scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs for Revantage and key stakeholders across each department, including metrics to assess department functions and performance
Operations and Business Support:
- Support strategic planning and execution with key stakeholders, such as top-level executives, to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication of organizational goals and timelines
- Partner with Revantage leadership team to develop presentation materials for Board, Portfolio Company and Town Hall meetings
- Deliver ad-hoc projects and maximize Revantage leadership team effectiveness by helping balance priorities, communicate effectively, participate in relevant meetings, and connect with business partners and employees
- C ollaborate with the People & Culture team on hiring initiatives, employee engagement initiatives, and communication - continue to make Revantage a great place to work
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, finance, or technology, MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated success and experience in Management/Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Business Transformation, Operations or General Management
- Expert level ability to think outside the box to simplify complex metrics, information and/or challenges into easy-to-understand, actionable insights, recommendations, and senior executive messaging
- Action-oriented, creative, strategic thinking that identifies and connects opportunities, sees gaps, and finds points of connectivity across the enterprise
- Courage in challenging thinking and pushing the collective toward better outcomes to improve the health of the business
- Expert analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Expert verbal and written communication skills developing presentations for a wide variety of partner and internal audiences
- Demonstrated history of collaboration, inter-personal, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success in working effectively with people at all levels of an organization, including C-suite
- Adept at enhancing team engagement and value proposition and building an inclusive, equitable, collaborative and fun work environment to both Revantage and the partners we support
- Bias for action, ability to deal with ambiguity, and natural perseverance to overcome obstacles and deliver outcomes when leading change
- Strong leadership, people management, and client service skills
- Strong team player with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
- Outstanding record of professional and academic achievement
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft office, and related business intelligence tools
Preferred:
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Shared Services
- Experience with client service and supporting tools (e.g., CRM)
- Exposure to database functionality supporting business intelligence reporting and data visualization tools
- Six Sigma Certification
- Experience in business process re-engineering and process improvement techniques
- Proficiency with Collaboration Tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Slack, Teams, etc.)
