Role: Sr. AWS API Developer - Python, Lambda, Kinesis

Duration: 5 Months (Contract) W2

Location: Portland, OR (100% Remote)

Description:

• Be part of the agile scrum teams in designing and developing solutions according to standards in targeted sprints.
• The person in this role will have highly collaborate with the team to translate the business requirements into technical requirements and complete the design, development, peer review and unit testing

Must Have:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Solid understanding of AWS serverless cloud architecture, services, and deployment best practices, including but not limited to S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step functions, IAM, and CloudFormation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data within Snowflake or other relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with no SQL DBs like DynamoDB.

Certification Preferences:

• Any AWS cloud certifications is a plus
