Sr. Backend Engineer (NodeJS) - W2 Direct Hire/ Remote in GA ONLY

Innova Solutions is seeking a Sr. Backend Engineer (NodeJS) to participate in NEW Greenfield development, as well as Maintenance and Extensions on our current platform. We are constantly evaluating the tech stack so you will be working with the latest and greatest technology! We are making a push to integrate event tracking and data analytics into the platform to monitor how users are utilizing the platform.

• This job is 100% remote; however, ONLY residents of Georgia will be considered
• Covid vaccine is required
• Candidates must be eligible for hire without sponsorship
• Drug and background checks is required
• Compensation range is $110-125K/year plus 10% bonus
• Additional 50% of all medical costs for employee and family will be covered; 3% 401(k) contribution, fully vested and no employee contribution is necessary; 1000 equity shares

Technical Keys - MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 yrs of experience - heavy backend focus with NodeJS
• API development
• Software security mindset
• Any relational database experience (NoSQL preferred)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS preferred)

Soft Skills:

• No Egos
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work independently
• Transparency

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Compensation range is $110-125K/year plus 10% bonus. Additional 50% of all medical costs for employee and family will be covered; 3% 401(k) contribution, fully vested and no employee contribution is necessary; 1000 equity shares

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
