Sr. Brand Account Manager (Influencer)

Job Summary
The Account Manager is the main point of contact for AdParlor's advertiser influencer marketing clients. This role owns the client relationship and is responsible for client deliverables, goals, retention, and growth across multiple clients in various stages of execution. The Account Manager leads the internal campaign team in strategy, creative, talent relationships, presentations and project management.
A successful Account Manager is comfortable with ambiguity and wants to work in an ever-evolving, face-paced agency environment. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in a client-facing influencer marketing role, is a strategic out-of-the-box thinker, and can be a key part of helping grow our newly formed influencer marketing division into an industry leader.
This role will report to the Head of Influencer Strategy and work closely with other members of the team as the team continues to grow. This role will work very closely with the Account Coordinators as well as other members of the AdParlor team across Operations, Marketing, Sales and Leadership.
Ideally, this position is based out of our Toronto or Kansas City offices, though for the right candidate, a remote location will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for clients, in charge of client retention and growth
- Operates according to AdParlor's core values
- Leads the campaign in project management, setting priorities, and campaign execution
- Leads campaign goal setting, creative, and strategy
- Leads recurring client calls, including strategy and delivery of presentations such as campaign kickoff, measurement reporting, and quarterly business reviews
- Anticipates client's needs
- Directs and manages influencer sourcing, negotiations, and recruiting of creator partnerships including relationships with talent agencies
- Reviews creator draft content and provides feedback to align with client objectives
- Tracks campaign performance, creates performance reports, and makes strategy recommendations based on observed insights
- Project manages campaigns by utilizing agency's technology including influencer marketing platforms and project management software (e.g. Asana)
- Helps optimize the agency's campaign process as the industry continuously evolves
- Works closely with the Head of Influencer to maintain campaign profitability
- Takes ownership of all aspects related to overall client success
- Create campaign decks including brand briefs, kickoffs, QBRs, and progress reports
- Occasionally supports the business development team with proposal creation and pitches
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in the influencer marketing agency space
- Strong account management experience with emphasis of analytics and problem-solving
- Strong relationships with creators and talent agencies
- Independent self-starter
- Highly effective communication in all formats
- Effective project manager and campaign leader
- Comfortable with presenting via Zoom and in-person
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Process improvement champion
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Hunger for winning and desire to grow as a person and professional
- Willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to help the team and exceed goals
- Serious skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for technology and willingness to get your hands dirty

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 - The salary range indicated represents the commensurate range for the skills and duties posted. Actual base salaries will vary depending on different factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, expertise, specialized skillset and location.
