About the Role
As a Senior Brand Designer at Galileo, your primary focus will be leading the creation of diverse, multi-channel assets designed to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across print and digital mediums. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and leveraging design strategies to drive brand development and member growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ideate, design and execute innovative solutions that strengthen our brand presence and fuel growth initiatives, both online and offline.
Here’s what you’ll do
- Create visually compelling and user-centric designs for emails, websites, landing pages, social media, and other digital assets, as well as for print materials such as direct mail, optimizing member acquisitions and retention while reinforcing the brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and optimize designs for improved conversion rates, user engagement, and brand perception.
- Develop and execute design strategies to continually push the Galileo brand forward and ensure we are differentiated in the market
- Collaborate with marketing, product and brand teams to align design initiatives with overall business goals, user needs and brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all mediums
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously innovate and enhance design while driving brand growth across diverse mediums.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:
- Proven experience (6+ years) as a designer from ideation to execution with a focus on executing across marketing channels growth strategies, encompassing both digital and print design, preferably in a fast-paced tech or digital environment.
- Strong conceptual thinker who can envision AND execute a brand visual system holistically across paid channels, owned channels, and direct mail/print.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc., with a versatile portfolio showcasing your breadth and flexibility as a designer.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for both digital and print mediums.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a high-volume, cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Compensation Range 115,000-130,000 based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
