The Role:
Medely is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Content, this role will be crucial in shaping the organization and processes as we scale. You will be working cross-functionally with the entire organization helping with acquisition, product marketing, and branding. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker who can operate across multiple disciplines, stay organized, and meet deadlines. There will also be the opportunity to expand the content team as we learn and grow our marketing capabilities.
The Impact You'll Make:
Build our Medely brand voice and positioning across the facilities and pros journey, coordinating across all business functions (demand gen, sales, product marketing, content)
Own blog and written content, build into a unique voice and positioning and drive more views to our content and site (ie more sign-ups)
Work with the Director of Content on finding, securing, and executing brand storytelling/testimonial/interviews projects
Work in conjunction with Enterprise Sales on an ABM program to identify and create sales enablement assets (videos, decks, etc) to support channel growth
Conduct and own all of our competitive positioning in outward marketing
Own copy on our websites with an emphasis on storytelling and conversions
Build and own our PR function to increase organic brand awareness and drive traffic to medely.com
Build content-led acquisitions channels (webinars, speaking events, podcasts, etc)
Build an educational content program for facilities and nurses
Consult on the design and execution of our events strategies
Who You Are:
7+ years experienceÂ
Experience building a brand voice and content around it, identifying the core opportunities for the business, and having the ability to produce quality content quickly
Strong grasp of business metrics and ability to align projects with our goals and ORKs
Works independently, has strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environmentÂ
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Startup experience and/or public company experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc.
