Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is looking for a top-notch Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA. This position will be responsible for understanding & analyzing business requirements, develop technical design specification & translate design into specifications. Great position for someone who will work well independently and be empowered to make things happen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Interact with business teams for requirement gathering, prepare open items, arrive GAPs, perform Gap analysis, feasibility and Impact analysis, propose solution, Business playback and Prepare Functional / Technical specifications to implement the solution
• Design, Implement and test SAP Business Processes in the areas of G/L, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, COPC - Product Costing, COPA - Profitability Analysis, RAR-Revenue Recognition, changes to comply reporting requirements under IFRS & GAAP
• Design solutions on Overhead controlling, COPC - Product costing, Transfer pricing, COPA Profitability analysis, CO-PCA Profit center reporting, Parallel valuation and Integration with other SAP modules like production planning, Material Management, Inventory management, Sales and distribution
• Coordinate Project activities at each stage of Project life cycle, Review and Mentor Team Members during software configuration & Testing
• Define Test scope and strategy, prepare Test cases, build test data, participate in Unit test execution, Integration, Regression and Performance testing
• Perform deployment, Cutover and Post Go-Live Support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in computer science or Engineering with an emphasis in Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of SAP experience preferred
• 5+ years of exp as SAP FI/CO Functional experience preferred
• Hands on exp in Financial Accounting (FI) including General ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Account payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and Bank Reconciliation, FX Revaluation.
• Strong expertise in Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting
• Project management skills
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

Salary Range: $132,000 - $171,000
