Job Summary:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for LWC Sr Salesforce Developer candidate with 8+ years of experiences.

Location: Cincinnati OH (preferred) if not Any location is fine, which is OH timezone.

Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)."

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[103,670-$152,830] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description and Qualifications include:

Required:

o 8+ years of IT Experience, 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, 5+ years of experience in leading the technical teams .Health cloud experience Must

o Salesforce Configuration ,Salesforce Integration

o Quickly understand the business problem and provide prompt technical solution - short-term & long-term.

o Able to work with business team to elaborate the user stories and capture the acceptance/sign off criteria.

o Ability to work closely with clients, business stakeholders, BAs and Salesforce administrator to design and develop the business requirements

o Excellent communication skill with capability of handling business team.

o Should be able guide the IT Team on architecting the solution and define software road-map Although, no hands on development is expected

o Organize Show and Tell Sessions

o Participating in the business requirement sessions and supporting product owners/SMEs/functional consultants with technical recommendations.

o Ability to write technical user stories and features using tools like Jira, Confluence, Wiki.

o Extensive experience in writing BRD, Functional Specification documents and Process flows.

o In-depth understanding of SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)

o Development and presentation of the Proof of concepts, Prototypes and Mockups to business/technical stakeholders.

o Proposing the new salesforce features and innovations based on each salesforce release.

o Health Care Industry knowledge is a MUST.

o Knowledge of Agile Methodology.

o Certification(s) Required : Health cloud , Salesforce Admin, IIBA, OMNI Studio Basic Understanding
