We’re looking for a Sr. Business Analyst

Qualifications:

Job Description

-Requirements Gathering and build Gap Analysis, User Requirements Document/ Business Requirements Document (URD/BRD)

 -Document Applications information (Apps Help/User Guide

 -Execute Apps Security and Controls (Risk Assessments, DPAT case, VAT, CAQ)

-Able to:

 -Run users’ interviews,

 -Convert business requirements into technical requirements

 -Write user stories based on requirements

 -Perform Functional testing

 -Perform regression testing

 -Define workflows (ex. As-is, to-be)

 -Create draft mockups

 -Perform Impact Analysis

-Understands / Willing to learn:

- (SDLC) Software Development Life cycle).

- Business Domain (Wells)

- R&R of an Analyst
