What you will do
As a Sr OE Business Analyst, OE Americas, you will support the overall productivity of the Original Equipment Sales organization. You will provide the commercial teams with processes, training and tools that drive sales efficiency, automotive market insights, and business growth. You will produce market insights that are utilized in executive level presentations and drive critical business decisions. This role reports to VP Original Equipment Americas and will be based in either our Milwaukee, WI headquarters or Plymouth, MI office. Clarios is committed to offering a flexible work culture and this role is a hybrid role.
How you will do it
- The Sr OE Business Analyst, OE Americas translates business needs into process and technology solutions.
- Owns the overall demand planning process for Americas region to include key deliverables such as: 5-year demand plan, fiscal year demand plan, monthly pipeline management report, and monthly demand plan updates to the US/CA region.
- Coordinates with team members in Mexico & South America to provide regional demand plans and consolidate into overall Americas.
- Conducts additional business and strategic analyses at discretion of VP OE Americas
- Supports and guides the commercial teams with tools, reports and analytics to support pipeline reviews.
- Drives adoption of Salesforce.com and supports the commercial teams with user friendly views to manage their business. Develops tool and process automation to drive productivity and improve user experience.
- Provides reliable business analytics (rear & forward looking) that facilitates decision making to the sales organization.
- Supports with executive views of commercial excellence processes & metrics.
- Recommends enhancements to the continuous optimization of the sales process and related processes and tools (i.e CCM, forecasting, pipeline health, etc).
- Coordinates with the VP to identify needs, develop and deliver required training to the sales organization.
- Supports process enablement in the Customer Communities Portal and coordinates with stakeholders to validate scope and functionality.
- Influence the platform roadmap with required enhancements and functionality for the region.
- Work directly with sales leadership and other functions to develop reporting and dashboards as required by the business.
- Assist with account management tools & disciplines (account plans, strategic account reviews).
- Supports execution and governance of customer experience efforts (customer survey, communication, action planning, etc)
- Primary contact for sales, service teams, marketing and other functions that need assistance with CRM usage, business analytics, dashboards, case management, campaign tracking, reporting and data accuracy.
- Support efforts to establish Salesforce.com as the single source of truth for commercial and customer knowledge, ensuring integrity and quality of data as well as compliance standards.
- In collaboration with the business centers, communicates changes and maintains Customer Master Data.
What we look for
Requirements:
- Bachelors (BA/BS) Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or similar
- Six (6) years minimum experience in sales, sales management, strategic planning, and/or sales operations including business analytics
- Proficiency with business tools including: Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Power BI is preferred
- Ability to build relationships and trust with others to influence without formal authority
- Strong process skills and structured analytical problem-solving capabilities as well as ability to think creatively to solve problems
- Highly proficient in data analysis, with expertise developing queries and manipulating large amounts of data
- Highly detail oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
- Advanced communication skills. Ability to translate data into business insights
- Proactive leadership style and able to manage multiple things in a fast-paced environment
- Job Flexibility: Prefer this role to be a hybrid set-up, working out of Clarios' Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale) or Plymouth, MI office. Relocation can be discussed for this role. May consider hiring a remote candidate, located in the United States, with the right background/experience.
- Ability to travel up to 5%, as needed by the business (if you reside in the Milwaukee, WI or Plymouth, MI market)

About the Candidate
You have high energy & proactively support the VP Original Equipment Americas at a strategic and tactical levels to advance commercial excellence priorities. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Commercial Excellence team, IT, Sales & Marketing and other cross functional teams to successfully execute on project requests, ensure best practices, drive adoption of processes and tools and capture feedback for enhancements.
