About the Role

Caribou is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst - Ops Enablement to:

  • You will be a strategic thought partner to the sales and lending operations team, helping ensure that Caribou leverages data and analytics to effectively measure performance and continually identify areas of improvement 
  • Report on the overall state of the Contact Center both independently and with your team, leveraging your operations and analytics skill sets
  • Contribute to  the vision for what Contact Center analytics looks like to improve the experience of both our sales agents and our customers
  • Define our contact center processes and quickly identify when we are both adhering to these processes and/or deviating from them
  • Deeply understand the day-to-day experiences of both our sales agents and our customers
  • Ensure that data and analytics are factored into all strategic thinking and decision-making for current and future opportunities.
  • Assist in measuring the impact of product rollouts in the Contact Center (e..g Salesforce, phone systems, data integrations, etc.) 

This role can be based out of Caribou offices in Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Alternatively, the role may be based remotely within the U.S. This role requires attendance at occasional in-person team meetings.


About You

  • You like fast paced startup environments that operate at speed and are well practiced at moving quickly and proactively.
  • You’ve worked as a high performing individual contributor in a fast paced and complex business environment, ideally in a sales / contact center capacity.
  • You can balance an understanding of the key drivers of the business with the analytical rigor necessary to move the business forward quickly
  • Your communication & presentation skills allow you to explain complex analytical findings to varying levels of seniority.
  • Your 2-4 years of professional experience includes work at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, or another early stage startup. Startup experience and / or MBA is a major plus.
  • You have strong Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Prior experience with SQL is a plus.

  • Competitive compensation: $100-115K
