All about the role:

In this role you willbe reporting to the Senior Director, Peace of Mind for Electrolux MajorAppliances NA and will be based in Charlotte, NC. The Senior Business Analystwill play a critical role in driving operational excellence, deliveringsuccessful business results and process improvements by developing fact-basedinsights, and analytical automation to enable sound decision making across thePeace of Mind organization. The Senior BusinessAnalyst will work closely with Peace of Mind business leaders both locally andglobally as well as the broader Customer Direct Interaction organization todrive Peace of Minds key strategies and initiatives.

What you'll do:

In this role you willbe accountable for increasing the value of data through the integration ofmultiple data sources and driving efficiency through automation and ability fordata consumers to self-serve. Your key focus areas include Warranty, ConsumerEngagement Center, Service, Electrolux Branded Service (EBS), Extended ServiceAgreements (ESA), Spare Parts and Installation Accessories.

Other responsibilitiesmay include:

• Partner on key strategic growth projects throughout Peace of Mind portfolios including Service, Service Agreements, and more.
• Enable growth in Service & Repair by supporting Service Operations to delivery key performance metrics to internal and external business partners.
• Support quality and warranty leadership with insights and analytics to drastically improve $100M North America warranty cost.
• Support Call Center teams i.e., Interaction data, consumer satisfaction, D2C reporting, and more which will drastically
• improve overall consumer satisfaction.
  Identify risk and opportunities through predictive analytics.
• Develop and automate data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insight on operational trends and business performance within Peace of Mind.
• Interact cross functionally with quality directors, product line, legal, service, warranty, and more to improve knowledge repositories and provide report analysis to exceed KPIs.

Who you are:

You are comfortabletranslating data and can summarize complex information into actional businessinsights using tools such as SAP, PowerBI, MS Office, SQL, etc. You are a crossfunctional partner across a variety of functions inside of the Peace of Mind organizationand across Electrolux. You have proactive business acumen with the ability tounderstand the Peace of Mind portfolios and business processes, but alsoforesee key business partner needs. In addition to strong systems proficiency,you have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in business and data analytics
• PowerBi experience required
