You will support and lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions of varying size and complexity. You will analyze data and business processes and facilitate decisions that drive standardized global solutions. This includes serving as liaison between the Engineering functions, PLM and the IT development group to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery. You will plan and organize project activities, monitor completion, mitigate risks, and manage change to ensure that all projects deliver benefits on-time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Engineering teams across all business units and regions to understand current state of product lifecycle management (PLM) business processes and data
• Assist in defining standardized To-Be PLM business processes in partnership with various functional groups
• Define and support the high-level roadmap for PLM customization, migration, and integration needs for Donaldson
• Lead and facilitate Design Engineering CoE governance meetings to drive standardization and best practices
• Ensure tracking of requirements, issues, and key asks for PLM capabilities from the business and assist in defining project scope and deliverables
• Lead the development of test plans, testing and issue resolution
• Develop business specific training materials and manage end user training in coordination with Engineering and IT teams
• Remain up to date with newer improvements of PLM software and its use
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of data standards, data policies, and procedures
• Develop, maintain, and publish data quality audits and metrics (KPI's)
• Provide problem solving support, advice and guidance for PLM data and key business processes
• Perform data analysis and maintenance in support of ad-hoc requests

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in executing PLM processes at large corporations
• Ability to define and develop PLM best practices and roadmaps that lead to sustainable PLM solutions
• Extensive understanding and wide application of advanced concepts, techniques and principles of PLM systems and its integrations
• Experience in capturing business and functional requirements and working with IT to transform them into technical solutions
• Understanding of PLM architectural concepts including but not limited to Classification, Workflows, BOM, Reporting, PLM XML, Requirements, Security, BMIDE
• Experience in designing data migration solutions
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with stakeholders across businesses, regions, and functions to design and implement effective business solutions
• Experience in data governance - establishing and maintaining data definitions, metadata, data ownership, and data quality rules
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or Excel
• Ability to deliver communication, which is clear, concise, and relevant to audience through appropriate methods and tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis and Design Engineering processes

Preferred:

• Experience with PLM solutions such as Siemens/Teamcenter, PTC/Windchill, Aras, etc.
