Job Title: Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager (hybrid)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Overview:

In our fast-paced environment, this position will act as a liaison among internal stakeholders' consultants/vendors, and sponsors to analyze, document, communicate, and validate business and system requirements, then work with teams to determine best solutions for those requirements. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you will promote adoption, track new releases, provide training, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business, pull them in and build and analyze, ask the right questions to determine if there is a value to be had
  • Document detailed business requirements including technical specifications for any BRDs given assignment. BAs should author user stories and process flows as needed
  • Works dynamically with multiple stakeholders (internally and externally) to coordinate and gather requirements for reporting or project related tasks. Candidate should drive tasks to closure
  • Work with development team to break down requirements to user stories/technical specifications
  • On an as needed basis, responsible for business relationship management and influencing business partner requests and decisions through strong negotiation skills and provide valued managerial expertise that support established standards (e.g., process, development, quality)
  • Actively participate in business reviews to ensure compatibility with systems and feasibility overall
  • Analyze and make recommendations on improving existing business processes as needed
  • Participate in design, brainstorm whiteboarding session
  • Work independently with little direction
  • Use variety of tools such as SQL, Power BI, Looker, and others to review, visualize, data to determine Rate Accuracy and assist in project solutioning

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 years minimum of experience in an Agile environment
  • In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle including Agile development
  • Strong SQL queries and understanding of data structures
  • Experience in prioritizing and tracking tasks, status updates, etc. (Partner with Project Management Team)
  • Ability to meet with and understand business objectives and translate to technical specifications
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and existing business processes in fast paced environment
  • Experience in working on multiple projects, partnering with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong analysis, organizational, and communication skills
  • Collaborative negotiation skills
  • Ability to be a flexible business partner

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
