About the Role:
The candidate will play a special role in driving BI adoption and growing the CrowdStrike data community.
What You'll Do:
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play an integral role within the Enterprise Data Services Team working across cross-functional Business Intellgience teams to deliver impactful reporting solutions, contribute to the Tableau Center of Excellence and monitor / troubleshoot platform issues.
What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience where data analysis and analytics is the core skill. Expertise in prototyping and designing metrics, Tableau visualization, dashboards and reports, data analysis, and experiments with actionable insights is required. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of Tableau Cloud administration.
• Proficiency in developing analytics training content and support documents. Excellent written and verbal communication required. Familiarity with video softwares to create video content is preferred.
• Intermediate level proficiency with SQL , data models and data/BI platform applications such as Snowflake and Tableau. Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools.
• Experience working with Tableau creators to performance tune dashboards, provide guidance and answer technical questions around dashboard and data source design.
• Self learner who relishes solving technical data challenges

Bonus Points:

• Experience working for a SaaS security company and building SaaS metrics is preferred
• Familiarity with UX / UI design tools (Figma / Miro / Sketch) is preferred
• Tableau Certification is preferred
