• Analyze and identify issues in achieving product requirements or scope and convert analysis into process requirement documents for ordering systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and deliver working ERP/CRM implementations.
• Plan and ensure agreed standards are met for orderability UX.
• Drive SKU reduction, product cancellation analysis, and offer/structure simplification activities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and help with automation initiatives.
• Create test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure that items, BOMs, and configuration rule changes can be verified.
• Make sure product configurations in systems are defect-free and orderable, and create/update requirement documents.
• Plan parts setup and BOM structure related to Product Configuration and provide SME level support to cross functional teams.
• Partner with developers to explain the requirements and perform testing once development is complete.
• Work with the factory to make sure process analysis and product configuration is set and Sales Orders can be processed.
• Guide new hires on the define processes and make sure team is following organizational standards.
• Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.

• Master's degree or
• Bachelor's degree + 2 years experience.
