Summary of Position:

Alcon is looking to hire a SR Business Analyst to join our Process Engineering team at Fort Worth, TX in United States of America. You will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Planning Organization.

Job Purpose:

Top level information specialist who may act as an internal consultant on the most complex technical issues; demonstrated capacity for work group management is required to progress. Individuals in this position lead and advise others on complex systems analysis, programming, or systems administration tasks, manage the most complex projects, serve as primary technical contact for a work group or project teams, work under severe deadlines and workload, assist with objectives development, and work independently to complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Planning Organization.
• Develop and report metrics related to Supplier Delivery Performance, Inventory Levels, Net Requirements, etc.
• Develop and manage BI reporting supporting the Manufacturing Planning Organization to drive the effective planning and production of finished goods inventory as well as management of raw materials
• Collects data for analysis and makes recommendations for improvement within the supply chain processes
• Provides BI training and data analysis reporting, with continuous improvements
• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Develops, enhances and/or analyzes reports for inventory management
• Analyzes ERP data and takes appropriate action as needed
• Develop dashboards for reporting to site level leadership on inventory coverage, supplier delivery, attainment goals. Responsible for maintaining Master Data parameters as it relates to Supply Planning systems (SAP-IBP).
• Primary internal consultant leading systems analysis, systems management, and systems implementation projects.
• Subject matter expert advising management and work group members on complex information technology issues.
• Work under extreme task loads with complete understanding of client business practices and requirements.
• Assist with objectives definition, determine tasks, work independently, provide technical work center leadership.
• Represent organization, serve as primary organizational contact on technically difficult projects.
• Advise top business and technical management on complex technical problems and advanced technical research.
• Train less experienced work group members on specific tasks and business and technical processes. Provide data analysis of business needs.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.+0yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Work hours: 8am - 5pm
