Job Overview
Sr Business Systems Analysts are responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations and improvement initiatives for Medication Management Systems (MMS) Global Customer Services (GCS)' business systems. The Business Transformation-Technology Enablement team is focused on the Service work stream and includes the Technical Support Center, Infusion Repair Depot, Field Service, Professional Services, and Service Contracts. The role works closely with stakeholders, and internal end users to trouble shoot issues, partner with IT on root cause analysis and solutions, coordinate and conduct end-user testing, and support implementation of system enhancements to continuously improve integrated processes and system solutions.
Core technologies include Salesforce Sales, Service, Field Service, and Community clouds and SAP ECC/CRM.
Day to day
You show initiative and ownership, identify issues and problem solve, prioritize across project and support work, and escalate risks to management. This position is responsible for working closely with internal team members, IT partners, and business end users to successfully resolve production issues and execute on Salesforce/SAP projects. You will provide initial triage on support issues, help identify business requirements for new projects and system enhancements, and design/conduct user acceptance functional testing.

Role Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operations for end users
- Develop and propose functional test scenarios and execute test cases, log defects and document output
- Owns test strategy for functional, regression & production smoke testing
- Setup of test data, user provisioning, ensure data readiness for testing and stakeholder demos
- Demo completed user stories
- Create and maintain internal support documentation
- Support change management process, including demos and end user training
- Support requirements gathering workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Supports requirement development
- Answer questions from IT and clarify requirements
- Understand and execute validated test scripts as needed
Business Systems Operations Support
- Chatter and GMB/Case support channels
- Monitor systems for support requests, submit break/fix cases, system enhancement requests
- Ensure all support channels are covered to enable team members to take PTO/sick days
- Support for user permissions, including on-boarding and off-boarding users and customers
- Role Owner and Data Approver
- Subject matter expert in specific coverage areas
- Helping users navigate systems and answer questions
- Provide systems expertise in specific areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Experience with agile tools, methodologies, and concepts (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD) (desired)
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
- 2+ years Salesforce and/or SAP support or administration experience (desired)
- 2+ years of direct experience using waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies (desired)
