Job Description

Role Summary:

In this role you will:

  • This techno-functional role will lead in developing and maturing SalesForce CPQ & Billing platform to support software, services and hardware offerings (including XAAS offerings)
  • Collaborate and shape business case & charter with business stakeholders driving clarity on scope and business requirements
    • Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.
  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, user cases and business requirements.
  • Serve as a conduit between the developers and the product owners to drive clarity on " the what/need"
  • Serve as a stage gate to review outcomes match business needs before turning over to business stakeholders for verification and acceptance.
  • Map current & future state processes, process gaps, data flow diagrams, etc. in support of transformation
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business areas to supports several moderately complex business processes.
  • Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness & service transition
  • Provides consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to transformation initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 plus years of experience with Business analysis, Process Improvement and data management experience
  • 5 plus years of experience with driving business solutions in large enterprises with a global footprint
  • 2 years of working knowledge and experience with Sales Force- Field Service Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Service Max- Asset 360
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with, implementing and integrating ERP solutions
  • Related SalesForce certifications required.
  • Experience with persona and use case driven requirements gathering
  • Experience with current and future state end-to-end business process analysis and design
  • Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead planning and cross functional discussions to drive requirements clarity and decision making
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced & fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations, with ability to succeed amidst ambiguity
  • Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements, negotiate simplification of the requirements to deliver optimal solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities & minimizing customizations.
  • Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise, and builds the ability in others
  • Ability to manage priorities, ambiguity and data to find and execute improvement opportunities to drive strategic goals.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas
  • Successfully transfers skills and knowledge to other individuals or groups
