Our Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Sr. Campus Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the hiring process for entry-level consultant and interns across our core geographies and for each of our service offerings with a focus on business, technology, and industry expertise. In addition to executing on our hiring goals and strategy, the Sr. Campus Recruiter will be a key contributor to driving West Monroe’s mission to build the next generation of leaders by delivering a high level of client service, developing strategic partnerships with our targeted universities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, and leveraging the operational processes and systems in place.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Partner with key stakeholders and collaborate with team members to determine and communicate campus recruitment strategy, including school selection, pipeline programs, candidate care, etc.Â
- Manage strategic partnerships with targeted undergraduate programs and schools, including relationships with professors, deans, and career counselorsÂ
- Engage students (in-person and virtually) through job fairs, information sessions, case studies, campus organizations, etc.Â
- Leverage employment branding to build awareness and engagement, including social media to engage with prospective candidatesÂ
- Utilize business systems and technology to track and capture data, progress, and statusÂ
- Partner with organizations and internal resources to execute on the firm’s inclusion and diversity recruiting strategyÂ
- Plan recruiting and networking events by working with campus contacts to staff and coordinate the eventsÂ
- Organize and oversee the candidate process from initial outreach through to the hiring and onboarding processÂ
- Generate content or leverage existing collateral to deliver or present to candidates and new hiresÂ
- Track and report on campus recruiting results to identify areas for process and performance improvementsÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on undergraduate campus recruiting experienceÂ
- Experience in a professional team-based environment, preferably within professional servicesÂ
- Demonstrated experience qualifying, selling, and closing top talent candidatesÂ
- Ability to collaborate, influence and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersÂ
- Strong organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrentlyÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Strong client management skillsÂ
- Demonstrated success collaborating in a team-oriented environmentÂ
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM, event management or other recruitment tools and platformsÂ
- Experience in event planning preferredÂ
- Strong pulse on industry best practices and innovations, as well as remaining competitive in the marketÂ
- Ability to attend recruitment events scheduled outside of traditional business hoursÂ
- Ability to travel (approximately 50%)Â

- Bachelor’s degree is preferredÂ
