The Customer Marketing Manager drives overall growth, profitability, and multi-year strategy of a customer channel through leading the end-to-end business management and collaboration between customer management, marketing, and cross-functional teams
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of sales/category/analytics/marketing experience within CPG industry
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail customers, account team, and internal business stakeholders
- Strong analytic skills and ability to distill complex data into simple stories
Top responsibilities
- Critical link between Customer / Brand for Field Sales Team, bringing the Customer Development feedback back to the internal stakeholders
- Key partner for assigned Customer Channel team to identify and drive execution behind share growth opportunities.
- Internal customer development lead for key customers for internal planning processes including providing updates to various key stakeholders
- Partner with other Customer Strategy Managers to ensure they are providing an enterprise perspective for the brands they are accountable for.
- Partner with customer teams to prepare and present at JBP, Top to Top and Strategy sessions with key customers.
- Attends and represents portfolio/brand presentations with strategic and developmental accounts
