Sr. Channel Sales Manager (REMOTE-US)
Job Description
Samsung SDS America is looking for a motivated and experienced Sr. Channel Sales Manager to engage with ServiceNow GSI and Implementation Partners to sell SDSA's Zero Touch Mobility Scoped Application and related solutions and products by driving business development activities. The successful candidate will work with cross functional Samsung teams, plus existing and potential new partners to drive new sales opportunities, and to ensure partner success and revenue growth. We are looking for a business expert with consultative sales experience, and the ability to bring expertise in the areas of partner management, partner program development, strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management. We are looking for a sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to develop opportunity pipeline through indirect channels.
This role will support our Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) Team. The Zero Touch Mobility service is a solution provided by Samsung SDSA in collaboration with ServiceNow. Zero Touch Mobility provides automation for the entire lifecycle of corporate mobile devices. Make mobility management effortless.
This is a 100% remote role that can be based anywhere in the US. The Team is based in Eastern Time Zone.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage existing partners and develop new partners focus at large Global Systems Integrator type organizations that have a ServiceNow practice along with established ServiceNow Implementation Partners.
- Leverage new and existing SDSA solutions to generate sales pipeline and enhance sales opportunities.
- Meet target revenue and profitability for solution and services sales, including accurate opportunity forecasting.
- Develop partner plans and work with each partner to meet specific targets.
- Manage internal resources (SDS) and external partners (vendors and solutions partners) for successful account-specific project management (success criteria includes on-time, on-budget, on-function/scope).
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure delivery of products and services for assigned partners.
- Manage account/project specific issues, risks and quality.
- Participate in external reputation building (in alignment with marketing campaigns, industry events, etc.).
- Domestic Travel Expected: 10-20% of the time as needed for customer, team meetings or events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of experience in Indirect Sales, including 5+ years of experience in either:
o Mobile sales
o Enterprise IT sales
o SaaS Software sales
o Managed Services sales
- Proven sales track records in enterprise sales with large solution partners
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing successful channel partner relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Product Solution Sales knowledge in Mobility Solutions, mobile security and enterprise mobility management Knowledge Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and programs (budget, on-time, quality) and business planning capability.
- Experience with marketing programs and campaigns.
- Excellent presentation, communications skills and Problem-solving skills.
