The Sr. Client Ops Consultant supports large account platform adoption and critical order triage for Corporate Enterprise clients. Corporate Accounts serves complex, large scale organizations with multi-unit segments needing operational support on the Grubhub Corporate site. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Business Operations, Analytics and Strategy and will work alongside Sales and Client Success to provide white glove service to the largest Enterprise accounts.

The Sr. Client Ops Consultant supports large account platform adoption and critical order triage for Corporate Enterprise clients. Corporate Accounts serves complex, large scale organizations with multi-unit segments needing operational support on the Grubhub Corporate site. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Business Operations, Analytics and Strategy and will work alongside Sales and Client Success to provide white glove service to the largest Enterprise accounts.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Partner with Sales and CS on VIP clients, defined as meeting certain spend, scale or complexity requirements, to ensure the successful launch of clients new to the Corporate Accounts platform or train new contacts through business segment expansion.
- Participate in client calls as needed for order issue triage and in times of client dissatisfaction, de-escalating as necessary and forming clear steps to resolution.
- Liaise internally with Client Success Managers (CSMs) on order issues to escalate to and manage across multiple cross-functional teams including Restaurants, Logistics, Customer Care, etc.
- Provide recommendations to Senior Manager to optimize and streamline client training and order issues.
- Oversee platform adoption best practices for all accounts, providing guidance and training to Client Success as needed to ensure CSMs are onboarding their clients effectively and efficiently
- Own the self guided training process, partnering with sales and CS to maintain up to date information over time.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B Account Management or Client Success role.
- Passion to partner with Sales to optimize the client journey and lifetime revenue.
- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional internal teams.
- Comfort navigating high stress situations and experiencing de-escalating client complaints.
- Proven ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and resolve challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Requires technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- In office preferred.
