What you will do

• Be the technical authority and evangelist for Sysdig technologies and become the partner’s go-to advisor. In this role, you will work with our product offering through our partner IBM Cloud: Security and Compliance Center Workload Protection and IBM Cloud Monitoring.
• Understand the partner customer's requirements, challenges, and expected business outcomes. Identify unique opportunities to embed Sysdig’s security solutions within the partner service stacks, gathering requirements from the involved teams and proposing solutions. You will work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering leaders, heavily influencing the product roadmap.
• Build and develop relationships, working closely with the offering managers on the partner side, architects, tech sales, and leadership.
• Support and lead growth initiatives from a technical angle to drive adoption and expansion. This includes building reference architectures, demo environments, and technical enablement, including occasional pre-sales or post-sales support to the partner.

• Proven ability to work across, collaborate with, and build partnership relationships with diverse distributed or remote-first teams in English.
• Ability to learn about new technology, high curiosity to build new things, and excitement to speak about them to audiences of technical stakeholders.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse workload. One day, you might help a large financial institution implement vulnerability scanning, the next day, design how to embed compliance in our partner computing offering, and the following day, write a blog post about the latest version of our reference architecture.

What we look for

• Prior experience as a partner solutions architect, technical product manager, field engineer, or similar customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering, or DevOps consulting, having worked with SaaS companies.
• Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes, and Cloud. Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting in Python or Golang. Familiarity with security and monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Falco is a plus.

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $181000 and $226000 /year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience and education..
