Sr. Complex Resolution Analyst

General:

The Sr. Complex Resolution Analyst is responsible for handling the research, remediation and reporting of issues related to complex OMNI issues. This includes but is not limited to global and plan level remediation research projects, bulk and individual corrective adjustments. The Senior Complex Resolution Analyst manages the research, analyzes the data, summarizes the issue and reports the issue as necessary. The Senior Complex Resolution Analyst is a recordkeeping systems subject matter expert.

General:

Global and plan level remediation research projects. Bulk corrective adjustments and fund lineup changes. Record keeping systems subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles complex global, plan and individual level adjustments and remediation projects
• Processes complex bulk adjustments (Plan Mergers, Cross Contract Transfers, Fund Mergers, etc.)
• Handles the research and reporting of issues related to OMNI. This include analyzing the data and appropriately summarizing the issue(s)
• Acts as a SME for Operations and IT implementations.
• Team training, knowledge sharing, write SOPs, continuous improvement projects support.
• Individual adjustments (Non-excess refunds, incoming and outgoing cash adjustments, loans, brokerage)
• Performs complex calculations, as needed
• Assist with team trainings, knowledge sharing, SOPs
• Acts as a liaison between business units and our internal team adjustment processing function
• Can represent the leadership in their absence
• Works closely with IT and client facing teams

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Licensing preferred but not required" "Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - data analysis skills
• Advanced OMNI processing skills and knowledge is required
• Knowledge of TIAA IT systems (MVAS, CTH, OBI, etc.)
• Complex problem solving skills
• Knowledge of TIAA business, operations, products and systems.
• Knowledge of TIAA processes and procedures as related to adjustment processing.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills are preferred
• Knowledge of IT posting process.
