4M Research is currently looking for a Sr. Configuration Management Analyst for our team in Huntsville, AL!
In this role, the successful candidates will perform the following functions:
- Verify that all referenced specifications, standards and non-government standards are current and appropriate.
- Ensure specifications are in accordance with polices, regulations and specification best practices.
- Function as the custodian of baseline definition documents, and facilitating/managing changes to those baselines, primarily in an electronic environment.
- Plan, develop and manage a comprehensive Aviation Life Cycle Quality Management program for the manufacture, repair and sustainment.
- Contributes CM input to the concurrent engineering process (i.e. serialization, as designed vs. as built). Supports project level Change Control Boards (CCBs).
- Perform and document software builds, monitoring the development process, facilitating the change control process.
- Participate in evaluating engineering data and documentation (e.g., Engineering Change Order (ECO), Change Requests (CR), baselines and releases, peer reviews) to determine completeness, adequacy of detail and accuracy of technical documentation associated with aviation and missile weapon systems.
- Implement Configuration Management Plans (CMP), Configuration Board Charters (CBC) and other required plans, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 11 years' experience
- HS Diploma
- Active Secret Clearance
