About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and insightful problem-solver and communicator to be the third member of our Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Management Office, which is part of our GTM Operations team. This is a high impact and high visibility role with exciting cross-functional priorities and demands. You will be responsible for owning the planning and implementation of the most pivotal initiatives in GTM and executing them with cross-functional partners. In this position, you will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Support, Business Applications, Business Operations, Product, and Finance personnel to lead strategic initiatives and ensure clear alignment of project goals and outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to understand strategic priorities and then define, sequence, and complete projects aligned to those priorities
  • Manage multiple projects, including setting the schedule, prioritizing tasks, crafting deliverables, engaging collaborators, communicating project status, and ensuring that projects achieve their goals on time and within budget
  • Look for creative ways to quantify business impact and project outcomes where ever possible
  • Drive appropriate decision-making, reporting, and visibility, including authoring reports and project outlines for GTM leadership
  • Explain and apply PMO intake criteria and maintain self-service resources for projects outside the PMO
  • Research and report on great ideas that have worked for other innovative, growing companies
  • Build trust across Glassdoor and Indeed partners for impactful collaboration by providing transparency, connecting the dots, and finding opportunities to contribute
  • Design and train others on standard methodologies across sales tools, technology, processes, and operations policies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, MBA) with 3+ years of experience driving large, sophisticated, cross functional projects
Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary Range*:  $103,800.00 - $129,700.00

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target**: 10%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
