What you’ll be doing:
As the Sr. Consultant, Strategy & Enablement, Enterprise Data Management you will be responsible to support the development and implementation of strategies for all data management activities and champion data management across the enterprise, in order to drive business growth and decisions. The role provides support to the Enterprise Data Management team, supporting the development of business cases, outlining initiative goals, and providing terms of reference, resource requirements, and a detailed cost-benefit analysis.

How You’ll Succeed

Data Management Policies- Support in the development of data management policies, standards and procedures and work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for managing initiatives of varying complexity, including day-to-day workstream management of the scope, schedule, cost, quality of initiatives, analysis, data collection and summarization of findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate closely with Data Governance stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on capabilities delivery. Lead discussions with key stakeholders across the bank to improve awareness of the business and client value of proactively understanding and managing data.

Leadership & Communication- The role applies strategic leadership skills and technical expertise to manage Business relationships and provide highly specialized support to the organization, primarily related to the Enterprise Data Management operations that supports business strategy and objectives. Effectively communicate the status, value, and importance of data collection and management to stakeholders at all levels across the bank
Who you are

You can demonstrate experience as a Project Manager/program manager, preferably in a banking or financial institution, successfully delivering projects using the waterfall methodology and Agile experience. Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred

Data Management- Extensive knowledge of concepts and frameworks pertaining to Data Management- Data Governance, Data Policy, Data Lineage, Data Models, Data Quality, Data Risk and Control Frameworks, Data Warehousing, ETL, and Data Analytics. Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral. Ability to communicate complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management.
