Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist - Digital Operations (Remote)

Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, you will help implement the Connected Shop Floor (CSF) applications at plants and Conagra Performance System (CPS) with Platform, Plant and CPS Leadership to guide sustainable processes and results. Connected Shop Floor responsibilities will include implementing Parsable, Microsoft Teams, and other digital manufacturing systems as later waves of CSF are implemented. You will provide leadership and direction setting for CSF digital systems, and partner with plants and the project team throughout implementation. After CSF implementations are completed at the manufacturing sites, you will manage the continuous improvement activities for CSF and also assist with CPS implementation which will include partnering with main plant and corporate resources on pillar strategy, standard methods, auditing/assessment, pillar loss identification/analytics, and deployment of the right tools to attack losses. You will provide pillar education, training and creation of a continuous learning environment.

You Will:

• Be the Product Owner for Connected Worker and iPad management, involving daily management.
• Be the voice of customer, define customer requirements for connected worker use case and validate/ Sign-off development team's work representing the plant customer.
• Lead iPad management including applications, device management, and partnering with IT and plants for optimizing Microsoft Teams
• Be responsible for daily interactions with 3rd party vendors
• Coordinate connected worker enhancement requests and work with CSF COE and plants to prioritize with the vendor.
• Lead discovery sessions and design sessions for Connected Worker at plants.
• Participate in discovery sessions and design sessions for Dashboards and Alerts.
• Participate in discovery sessions and design sessions for Yield Management.
• Train users in Parsable, Microsoft Teams and other identified Connected Worker applications
• Implement focused continuous improvement processes and metrics to identify, understand, & eliminate losses, increase throughput, and achieve savings targets.
• Guide plant teams to ensure standard practices, reapplication of improvements, calibration of approach and effectiveness of processes.
• Ensure documentation and system ownership with the platforms for all standard practices.
• Provide leadership and coaching for Plant resources necessary to help achieve rapid results through good technical problem solving and reliability improvement.
• Develop internal resource capability within plants.
• Contribute to CI results achievement and glide path results.
• Promote high performance culture and 100% true employee ownership.
• Ensure programs and systems provide for maximum safety, quality, and productivity.

You Have:

• BS Degree Required
• 5+ years of plant / operations experience
• 3+ years of plant CI experience, TPM based methods
• Demonstrated experience leading change and situational leadership
• Outstanding conceptual/process skills
• Clear ability to motivate and lead people
• Good project management skills
• Experience with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• We ask that you travel up to 75% to sites across the US
• This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, and select field locations or remote locations Denver, CO and east and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport
