Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking to grow our Content Operations team. The role will work with all tribes of Product & Tech, focusing on the wellbeing of our content. Working with the Content Studio team closely, the role entails:

• End to end facilitation of all content processes on and off the app
• Configuration of the content once assets and copies are finalized and ready to go
• Increasing content quality by ensuring content adheres to guidelines

What’s On Your Plate?

• Oversee the quality assurance checks on all content channeled through our app
• Identify trends and themes in the way we operate content and how to improve further operationally
• Optimize products post rollout, to drive continuous improvement
• Aligning with stakeholders by driving the circulation of Product & Tech, and Brand deliverables
• Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of your products
• Surface insights to Product and Tech and advise further product improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, business operations, consulting, product, product operations or similar role.
• Ability to multitask.
• Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity. 
• Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision. 
• Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritise demands in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
• Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
