HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Sr. Corporate Development Analyst- M&A is responsible for defining and refining corporate M&A strategy in partnership with executive leadership. This position will also play a key role in the valuation, pricing negotiation, dealing structure, and overall transaction management of potential mergers, acquisitions, and investments. The ideal incumbent will bring a robust background of applicable M&A experience from prior investment banking, private equity and/or similar corporate M&A positions.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and refine corporate M&A strategy
  • Identify, profile, and benchmark acquisition target(s)
  • Manage and oversee transaction process and due diligence, including outside advisors
  • Assist with transaction documentation and negotiations
  • Analyze financial modeling, valuation, and synergies
  • Collaborate and interface with support team at company's existing private equity owners
  • Significant interaction with executive leaders, senior leaders of business units, and the board of directors
  • Demonstrate excellent executive presence and presentation material skills
  • Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Prior M&A experience with preference for candidates with prior experience in investment banking, private equity and/or similar corporate M&A roles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
  • Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
  • An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
