The Sr. Creative Writer will play a critical role in driving growth through the development of compelling content that differentiates our healthcare staffing marketplace and service offerings. This role will function as a primary writer—responsible for deliverables of substantial scope and complexity—creating engaging stories that synthesize the value of our technology solutions in a way that captures the hearts and minds of our clients. Â

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative messaging frameworks and implement tools to guide asset development across RFP responses and client-facing materials to support sales teams in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop differentiating and impactful messages to communicate the value of Aya and our suite of solutions to resonate with different buyer personasÂ
- Create compelling promotional copy for advertisements, emails, social captions and more to increase engagement Â
- Be as comfortable and adept in writing long form content for eBooks and white papers as you are with short form contentÂ
- Synthesize complex, technical and sometimes abstract brand, business and product insights into simple, yet creative messagingÂ
- Generate new and compelling creative strategies and ideas to meet creative, business, and brand objectives.Â
- Ensure content is of the highest quality, optimized to be appealing, and valuable to our target audience.
- Work across teams to align on strategy, messaging, and creative to move projects forward in a timely manner.Â
Required Qualifications:Â
- Extensive 8+ years copywriting experience for an agency or leading tech company Â
- Passionate storyteller who understands how to develop ideas from creative brief to final campaign execution copy.Â
- Skilled writer with a keen eye on design for translating messaging across various channelsÂ
- Must be open-minded to constructive feedback, using it as inspiration to evolve your approach.
- Independent and self-motivated working style.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Having a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Candidates must share a robust portfolio of B2B and B2C workÂ

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $90,000 to $130,000 annually.  Â
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.  Â
