Besides our own product portfolio, we partner with hundreds of third-party providers, offering our users access to financial tools & solutions that go above and beyond cash advances and personal loans. We aim to be the one-stop-shop for all things money in a consumer’s life, which includes e.g. helping them find cheaper car insurance, travel smarter, access to debt relief, access to free mobile devices, and so much more.
In order for our customers to find, understand, and utilize Marketplace as an integral part of our product portfolio and a key component to financial health and freedom, we are searching for a Senior CRM Strategy Manager with a deep analytical background and an obsession for data.
Reporting directly into the Customer Communications Lead, the Senior CRM Strategy Manager will be responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel loyalty and retention marketing strategies, including upsell and cross-sell campaigns.
The Senior CRM Strategy Manager has a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels, including but not limited to email, in-app, push, and text messages, with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
The position of the Senior CRM Strategy Manager demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, and a process-focused aptitude that will enable the Senior CRM Strategy Manager to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables at the same time.
Strategy:
- Develop and manage the Lifecycle marketing roadmap for all Marketplace retention and growth initiatives, in alignment with quarterly business objectives and product roadmap/launch timelines.
- Develop and continuously refine Marketplace target segments, in alignment with MoneyLion’s overarching buyer personas.
- Develop engagement and customer communication strategies that continuously articulate and reinforce the product’s value and purpose to minimize churn and increase customer lifetime value.
Execution:
- Work with both, the Marketplace Product and Marketing Manager, to understand the Marketplace offering, its value prop, how it fits into the MoneyLion product portfolio, and how it compares to the competition.
- Apply data analytics to target the right audience, with the right product, at the right time.
- Proactively partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative, design, analytics, operations, customer service, business development) to execute marketing campaigns and analyze program/campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Product Operations team to identify the right moments to trigger Marketplace review comms.Â
- Keep track of and share industry insights on the financial marketplace landscape to help drive more informed decisions and ignite new strategies and ideas.
- Develop, execute, measure, and report on ongoing A/B testing strategy to drive engagement, conversions, and loyalty.
Reporting:
- Generate, distribute, and present reports to track campaign results on a channel level, incl. weekly biz reviews.Â

- Transform Marketplace into an integral part of the MoneyLion product portfolio.
- Turn every MoneyLion employee into a believer that Marketplace is going to be the future for the business.
- Ensure that every MoneyLion user knows about Marketplace and treats us as the go to source when in need for a personal loan, insurance, or for any other of our Marketplace solutions.
- By the end of day 30 you have a deep understanding of our product offering, key value prop, and main business goals.
- By the end of day 60 you have a Marketplace Lifecycle marketing strategy and all resources you need to accomplish your vision ready to go.
- By the end of day 90 you have successfully implemented parts of your outreach strategy and can report back on initial results, including open, click, and conversion rates.
- 8-10+ years of work experience in Marketing, Growth, Business Analytics, or Strategy Consulting
- 5 years in Growth Marketing function, with experience in B2C mandatory, and experience in consumer finance and credit cards preferred

- Structured thinker and ability to solve complex problems and manage projects
- Distinctive problem solving and analytical mindset, using both qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy
- Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and lifecycle marketing
- Knowledge of human behavior, growth psychology, and life trigger marketing and best practices
- Understanding of fintech peer group, disruptors, vendor landscape, and emerging providers
- Experience working cross-functionally including Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering, Business Development, and CRM platforms
- Understanding of the technical possibilities when it comes to email marketing, push, in-app, and text outreach, including but not limited to features such as personalization, dynamic content, targeting, and triggers
- Experience with mobile apps measurement (user acquisition, re-engagement)Â
