Locations Considered: Phoenix, AZ / Bentonville, AR / Cincinnati, OH

A Mars Petcare Sr. Customer Analyst plays an integral role in delivering the top and bottom-line business objectives of Mars and the customer (Target) by identifying ways to grow our business profitability and delivering impeccable budget management. The Sr. Customer Analyst will also leverage analytical data and converting it into insights and recommendations for key stakeholders to ultimately achieve business objectives for Mars and Target. This role is intended to offer a hybrid work from home and in office flexible schedule.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Office
• Ability to Solve Problems utilizing data
• Strong learning agility

Top Responsibilities

• Utilize data to identify business opportunities and make recommendations, pulling from multiple sources including Nielsen syndicated data and customer point-of-sale data.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to track performance of business objectives: sales, shipments, trade budget, new item performance, promotional effectiveness, and key retailer initiatives and joint business objectives.
• Leverage financial management tools to forecast and measure financial performance.
• Support two Sr. Customer Managers and Team Lead in annual and long-term strategic planning as well as delivering on day-to-day responsibilities to manage the business
