Job Description Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and outcome driven Customer Marketing Manager to join our high performing marketing team.
Reporting to the VP of Solution & Customer Marketing as part of the marketing organization, and working closely with partners across the business in solution marketing, product management, customer success and sales, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing programs that influence key moments throughout the customer journey, from adoption and deployment to value realization, renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Journey Influence: Develop and execute comprehensive customer marketing programs that guide customers through critical phases such as adoption, deployment, and achieving value from our software solutions.

Renewal and Expansion: Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive customer retention, expansion opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell engagements.

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the company's subject matter expert on customer marketing, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations. Lead efforts to continuously improve and innovate our approach to customer marketing and customer programs.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align customer marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer marketing programs. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on program performance and areas for optimization.

Customer Insights: Utilize customer data and insights to personalize and optimize marketing strategies and communications, ensuring relevance and impact.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:

Proven experience in customer marketing or related roles within the B2B software industry, preferably with experience in premises software or similar technology solutions.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer journey mapping, and customer segmentation strategies.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement in customer marketing programs.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).

Annual salary range for this position is between €35,473.00 - €65,878.00 gross before taxes.
Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania
Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
