Simpplr is looking for a senior customer marketing programs professional with deep experience and passion for driving customer-sourced pipeline and developing customer advocates. You will own customer marketing programs from research and conception to execution and analysis. You have a deep understanding of multi-channel tactics from email and direct mail to display advertising and online and in-person events. You thrive on metrics and hitting pipeline numbers. You’ll also be a people person who loves to engage with customers and can be persistent in locking down customer speakers. Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:- Develop and execute on customer marketing programs to generate leads and opportunities to support upsell pipeline and revenue goals
- Understand customer personas (internal communications, HR and IT) and new product initiatives to build a comprehensive annual marketing plan
- Align with account management team to deliver programs, track results and analyze and report on performance
- Develop a customer communications and development plan to grow a customer community, increase customer loyalty, and grow customer advocates
- Engage and recruit customers for customer video testimonials, case studies, webinars, events, podcasts, reviews and more.
- Hands-on involvement with campaign execution including content writing, list segmentation and creation of report
- A minimum of 5 years of customer marketing programs
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with a software company
- A minimum of 2 years of customer community experience
- Experience working at a high growth company a plus
- Experience managing partner programs a plus
- Bachelor's degree
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $108,000 - $162,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
