Job Description

Role Summary

As Senior Data Analyst, you will report directly to the Business Analyst director. You will be in charge of:

• Develop SQL queries to analyze our data for quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Experian Consumer Services (ECS) products and benefit delivery
• You will also assess and address issues in daily control reviews to ensure product/service delivery meets Indicators and Service level agreements
• Create Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to highlight business insights and performance trends
• You will perform gap analysis to develop customer-centric monitoring capabilities using data analysis tools
• Analyze data from multiple platforms and sources
• Automate processes, and oversee product/service development
• Create process documentation for operational procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with SQL query development
• Adept in querying relational databases, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and other data tools (AWS Redshift and Python experience)
• Experience creating data visualizations with visualization tools like Tableau
• Proficiency profiling data, including data analysis, discovery, cleansing, and transformations
• Experience with complex direct-to-consumer products and systems
• Experience and ability to present analyses and business cases to all kinds of partners

Additional Information

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
