Role: Sr. Data Engineer - Python, ML, Smart Systems

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

Key Skills: Python, ML, AWS/other cloud, Smart Systems, SQL, Relational Databases, Scalable Digital processing and understanding of ETL operations .

Project Description: : Build data infrastructure to support and scale algorithm and machine learning development on top of connected product data.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree preferably in CS , or equivalent experience
• Experience building and evaluating algorithms and machine learning models on top of sensor data
• Experience integrating algorithms and machine learning models on embedded devices
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, relational database, and AWS
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Job Duties:

• Contribute to the data processing infrastructure used to evaluate the performance of machine learning algorithms at scale
• Maintain data models for optimal storage and retrieval of time series sensor data, event labels, system logs, and aggregate metrics
• Build and automate scalable data science workflows
• Automate data quality monitoring, ETL operations, and testing

Interface with other internal teams to build Smart Systems into the larger client data ecosystem
