This includes strategic planning, model development, tool enhancement, dashboard design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Advanced skills knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, including experience in creating and optimizing interactive dashboards.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure capacity management or IT infrastructure environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ability to develop mathematical and statistical models to forecast trends and support decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in using machine learning algorithms to enhance data-driven insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and reporting issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Docker) related to data science and machine learning pipelines.
  • Previous experience working in a capacity management or infrastructure planning role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Capacity team to define data requirements, reporting objectives, and visualization needs.
  • Design and develop mathematical and statistical models for forecasting infrastructure usage and capacity trends.
  • Enhance and automate reporting processes using tools like Tableau or similar platforms, ensuring real-time insights and seamless dashboard updates.
  • Create and refine interactive dashboards to communicate key infrastructure metrics and forecasts clearly and intuitively.
  • Operate within an Agile framework to continuously refine models, tools, and dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and organizational objectives.
