Design and validate the on-chip controller and mixed signal circuitry in NAND

FLASH chips. Code test cases in VERILOG to verify the design. Perform logic

simulations in VERILOG using standard industry simulators such as VCS and

NCSIM. Perform RTL design and implementation of the controller hardware and

design. Implement detailed transistor level design of sub-blocks in the chip.

Interpret device specification to produce required functionality. Responsible for

the architecture and definition of NAND Flash products. Validate the Specification

documents by providing feedback. Code firmware for NAND internal operations.

Propagate learnings to enhance the Design methodologies. Write documentation

for Design definitions. Create test plans for verification of specific features on the

chip.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical

Engineering or related field.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for

this full-time position is $141,440 to $179,000
